Decorative laminates, made through a hot-press molding process after impregnation with thermosetting resins like melamine or polyester resin, are used in a variety of applications from built-in kitchen units to home furnishing, office furniture, commercial facilities and passenger train interiors. We manufacture pattern paper which forms the surface of decorative laminates. Through the use of titanium dioxide, this high-function paper prevents the penetration of base color materials. Using our proprietary toning technologies, we produce tens of thousands of colors. Besides small batch production and low base weight paper production technologies, we can create elaborate designs by incorporating specialty fibers or inclusions.
